    Description

The screen scroll centrifuge is a piece of equipment designed for the disintegration and/or separation of clods, lumps and impurities in powders, during the processes of loading or unloading of raw materials and/or finished products.

Some of its advantages and highlights are: the possibility to obtain a screening without separation of the finished product; an entirely stainless steel mesh along with another one that adjusts to the finished product; perforated sheet metal holes (punching) instead of the traditional steel wire that can detach metal; greater versatility in the screening processes according to cohesiveness; and showing a compact and easy-to-move design, which is simpler to disassemble and more effective to clean than others.

    TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

    • Horizontal layout.
    • Circular main body, with one (1) load connection and one (1) unload connection.
    • Side inspection port and disassembling port, to allow the dismantling of the agitation system and screening mesh.
    • Interchangeable perforated mesh.
    • Horizontal impeller made up of a first endless-type feed section and a subsequent one of flat plates, radially attacking the product against the screen mesh.
    • Derivation of the screened product according to the mesh to a central unloading, with a rectangular section transformation.
    • Horizontal direction derivation of non-calibrated products or foreign bodies which exceed the size of the mesh perforation.
    • Manhole and side disassembly, to allow the disassembly of the agitation system and sieve mesh.
